Commentary
This was a piece done for Profit Magazine. It accompanied an article outlining the negative impacts involved in excessive cost cutting. The Art Director on this piece wanted to have an illustration which played up the the post-budget-cut-survivor-effect, wherein, after downsizing, the remaining employees suffer from a production deficit largely in part do to their reduced sense of security and alienation from the control of their own future position within the company.
